At Neatly, we believe in the quiet power of balanced simplicity—design that begins with function and ends with only what’s essential.

We set out to reimagine the stash box to reflect how we engage with cannabis in our daily lives. One that belonged in the home, not hidden away. A box designed for versatility, where each component is shaped with intention—balancing proportion, purpose, and the quiet rhythms of everyday use. Inside and out, the design reflects a singular philosophy: simplicity led by function, attuned to individual ritual.

Process

Our process is one of deliberate reduction. With each stash box iteration, we returned to real use—removing the excess to make space for adaptability. Form followed material, allowing construction to guide both the experience and the aesthetic.

Neatly releases one product at a time. We’re devoted to meticulous craftsmanship, quality materials and design meeting utility without compromise.

Minimal Material

Our stash boxes are made and constructed using 100% solid wood. Wherever possible, we eliminated the need for additional materials. We explore various wood types and treatments using solid oak, walnut and cherry, to develop natural and lasting products.

As our signature, each box is built using exposed dovetail joinery—an enduring technique that brings strength through interlocking connections. Bonded without hardware, these joints preserve the natural integrity of the wood and serve as subtle visual anchors at every edge.

Our products are designed for everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Over two years of prototyping with carpenters in Vancouver, British Columbia, we refined the design through lived experience—opening, storing, rolling, and adjusting until only the essential remained.
